Welcome to the 2024 Registration
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your child’s medicare card number (and Vaudreuil resident card If applicable). Following the completion of this registration, if you choose the option to pay now, you will see a charge on your account from Western Patriotes Football. Please note, you may choose the option to not pay and registration fees will be due upon equipment pickup in full or in three installments.

Vaudreuil residents = 25% off (Player must have a valid resident card)
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.
Please note that this year the family discount will be refunded at equipment pick up.
